Hard work being a Dog

Hi everyone. Thanks for checking in at ELFIE’s PLACE.

It’s hard work being a Dog. Since we moved here three months ago, I’ve been so very busy. So have my folks. I see them carry boxes and moving furniture.

Two weeks ago, my PA came home with a truck full of furniture from our previous home. He and MA carried it into the house. There was so much furniture that I got lost on my way from the Living Room to the Bedroom. I ended up in the Laundry Room.

I should tell you a little about my MA. She loves to read. Sometimes she reads to me. I really enjoy the stories she reads.
Here’s MA reading me a story….



I can just imagine me being there as part of the story. Sometimes, in London England, in the days of Sherlock Holmes solving a Murder Mystery, or maybe set in a large country mansion with wealthy families. One time, MA read me a story about sailing. I could just picture myself onboard a boat…..

ELFIE, the Sea-Dog


There are lots of adventures to be had on a boat. Lots of places to see. Lots of people (and puppies) to meet.

MA also takes me to Dog Agility competitions too.

When I run each event of the Dog Agility competitions, MA runs with me. She’s getting really good. She follows me everywhere I go around the course!! My PA comes to the competitions too. He drives us there and looks after us. I’ll tell you more about my PA some other time. Right now, I got more boxes to explore through.
