WAS IT A SCARY DREAM, OR WAS IT REAL??
“Woof woof Wufff” to everyone.
Hope you’re all doing well.
Being a Dog, there’s certain things I find out about you humans. Such as, we must be coming up to the end of the year, because that’s when my MA and PA are planning for Christmas and other events.
I think that Christmas is a great time of year. But my MA and PA like to respect that for some people, it’s not always happy.
October 31st, things were...different!!!. It was ‘HOWL-O-WEEN’. Scary night!
First of all, I find that I’m alone. “Where’s my folks?” I thought. They were here earlier.
Then my PA appeared, looking like something between Herman Munster and Dracula. (He was just being his normal self…..but don’t tell him I said that). Then my MA showed up on her Broom Stick.
I’m beginning to think that, somehow, things have changed. ‘I wonder if I’ve changed’, I thought. So, I went to the mirror. “YIKES”!! I looked like a Weird-Wolf.
I don’t remember much after that.
The next thing I knew, it was morning. Sun shining through the window here at ELFIE’s PLACE. I was on top of my MA and PA’s bed, as usual. I took a look at them, and they seemed…..well, the usual. I think I had a scary dream. But it was so real.
Anyways, we’re into November now. My PA is a musician and has been writing lots of music for Christmas. I’ll tell you more about that in a future Doggy Bloggy.
But right now, I think I should let you all know (just in case my folks haven’t got the word out yet), our Winter Rate to stay at ELFIE’s PLACE has started. It’s 20% less than the Summer Rate. And NO increase for Christmas and New Year.
